What will be deleted
- Your account (email address, name, and hashed password)
- All meal decisions and cook/buy history
- Food preferences, dietary settings, and household profile
- Scan history and uploaded food images
- PikaNini Score and spending analytics
- Avatar and profile photo
What is retained
Aggregated and anonymised analytics data (with no link to your identity) may be retained for product improvement. Subscription records held by Google Play or Apple App Store are managed by those platforms and are outside our control.
How to request deletion
From within the app
Open PikaNini → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
By email request
Send an email to greenearth.wo@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
This action is permanent
Deletion cannot be undone. All your meal history, preferences, and analytics will be lost permanently. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through your app store before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
